The complete MJM Fabrications Ltd is made from 0.125″ thick aluminum alloy type 5052-H32 to provide a strong and rigid construction. Alternate material is 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel. Specifier must choose the material to be used.

The MJM Fabrications Ltd is equipped with two (2) adjustable “C” mounting channels on both side walls and back wall, providing versatile positioning of shelves, optional panels or rack mounting angles. MJM Fabrications Ltd wider than 60” are equipped with four (4) adjustable “C” mounting channels.

The door frame openings are double flanged on all four (4) sides. Flanges increase the strength of the door openings and help prevent dust and liquids from dropping into the MJM Fabrications Ltd when the doors are open.

A removable center post is an integral part of the three-point latching system and provides increased security and environmental protection.

All louvered air intake vents on door and air exhaust vents in the roof overhang are deleted.

Pole or wall mounted MJM Fabrications Ltd have welded stiffener plates to reinforce the top and bottom of the rear wall. Removable bolt-on bottom plates are standard on pole mounted MJM Fabrications Ltd.

The MJM Fabrications Ltd doors utilize an overlapping design and is equipped with a three-point latching mechanism with nylon rollers at the top and bottom.

The door handles are 0.75″ stainless steel round bar and have provisions for padlocks.

All through holes are sealed.

The continuous door hinges are 0.075″ thick stainless steel with 0.25″ stainless steel hinge pins.

Natural aluminum MJM Fabrications Ltd are mill finished per federal specification QQA-250/8.

Painted MJM Fabrications Ltd are treated with an iron phosphate coating and dried by radiant heat.
